My expertise comes from collaborative ventures in far-off places and what I’m uncovering in my doctoral studies, all of which embody innovation, dignity, and transformative change.

Where I've worked.
I specialize in direct engagement with new foundation prospects, facilitating consistent growth in interactions over time. Additionally, I devise and implement data- and tech-based innovation solutions alongside executive leadership, resulting in process development and staff upskilling.

In my C-level role, I directed grantmaking initiatives that moved a significant portion of annual funding to capacity-building projects in the Global South. I also managed cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive grant strategies grounded in trust-based principles, driving movement toward collaborative ecosystems and securing significant new funding for partners.

I crafted a robust learning agenda for community programs impacting thousands across two local states in Benin, significantly boosting awareness on critical issues. I also enhanced stakeholder resources through refined grant writing strategies with USAID, driving increased funding and local community support for gender equity and global health.
